GMD3 Onboarding Form

Before You Begin

Thank you for your interest in the Irrigation Technology Initiative (ITI). This webpage was built to help complete the ITI form, which can be found on the GMD 3 website. If you have any questions, please feel free to call John Maxwell at 913-704-8555. WhatsApp is available. After you fill out as much information as possible, please email the completed PDF to John@Maxwellirrigation.com. We will help get the application to the GMD 3 office and copy you on the email.

Funds for upgrades are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check with the GMD 3 office for the current status of available funds. Funds are distributed as invoices are turned in. The ITI will pay $500 per well evaluated, paid after the evaluation is complete, for a maximum of six well evaluations. Based on fund availability, the ITI will then fund 75% of the parts cost, up to $15,000 per entity, with a maximum of $7,500 per pivot. This program is evolving and changing. Feel free to check with the GMD 3 office for current program information. This information is provided as a courtesy and is not endorsed or reviewed by the ITI program or the GMD 3 office.

Step 2 - WIMAS

1 -WIMAS Opens Automatically. Follow The Prompts.
2 - Enter Your Water Right Number And Email Address. ONLY Fill In The Water Right Number And Email Address. Do Not Include Any Dashes. Do Not Fill In Any Additional Information On The WIMAS Page.
3 - Click the Select Water Rights Button.
4 - Click on the Active Water Right. The Active Water Right will have a 1 in the far-right column. Click the corresponding blue link all the way on the left.
5 -Click Graph Water Use History.
6 - Click Capture Page.
7 -If Present, Click The WWC5 Link.
8 - Click Capture Page Again.
9 - If Present, Click "View Scan Of This Form In PDF Format." Then Click The Capture Page Button.
10 - To Start Over, Click Reload.

Step 3 - Mapping

Navigate Using The Map Or Enter An Address Close To The Field Location.

Verify The Pivot Point Is In The Correct Location. If It Is Not, Redraw The Circle.
Click A Well Button. Then Click The Well Location On The Map. Use Clear Wells To Change A Well Location.

Step 5 - Pivot Information

Does Your Pivot Have A Pressure Transducer To Monitor Pressure, Like AgSense? If So, Please Attach A Pressure Chart From AgSense Or Similar. Does Your Well Have Access to Measure Water Levels? Does Your Well Have a Butterfly Valve Close to the Well To Control Surging? Can You Attach Photos Of The Butterfly Valves If Applicable? Do You Have A PSI Chart From Your Pivot? If Yes, Please Include It In The Attachment Place Below.

The bill may include multiple meters/wells on the same bill. We just need a way to calculate the total cost of gas per unit (therm, BTC, MCF, etc.).
